How much does it cost to rent a flange spreader?
Pricing starts at $50/day/unit for the Mini Gap Flange Spreader and $75/day/unit for the Step Wedge Flange Spreader. Exact rates depend on the specific tool, quantity, kit size, and rental duration, so request a quote for pricing on your job.
What's included with a flange spreader rental?
Each rental kit includes the tool itself, an instruction manual, a carrying case, and all the accessories needed to operate it.
Do you offer any discounts or rewards for renting online?
Yes. ESI's rental rewards program lets you earn credit on online rentals, which can be applied as a discount toward your next rental.
Do you require a deposit for rentals?
In most cases, no deposit is required. First-time renters or customers without a Credit Term Account on file are asked to pay in advance and authorize ESI to keep a card on file for the duration of the rental.
Can I buy a flange spreader instead of renting one?
Yes. ESI sells flange spreaders and related tools in addition to offering rentals, through the online tool store. Rent-to-own is also considered for long-term rentals lasting 6 months or longer.
How do I request a quote?
Use the "Request a Quote" form on flangespreaderrental.com, or contact ESI directly by phone or WhatsApp, with your flange size, class, and project timeline.
Does shipping time count against my rental period?
No. Shipping and transportation time is never charged as part of your rental. Your rental period starts the moment the tool arrives or is picked up, and ends the moment it's dropped off with the carrier or picked up by them — as long as the carrier and tracking number are provided so the return date can be verified online.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes — if you're billed on a daily rate, there's a 3-day minimum rental period.
Do you offer support if something goes wrong with the tool during my rental?
Yes. If an issue is reported by 2pm, ESI ships a replacement tool the same day.
