Enerteq Solutions has revised its Rewards Plus loyalty program for customers renting and purchasing tools through flangespreaderrental.com. Here’s how the updated program works.

Earning Points

Every dollar spent on a rental or purchase earns one point, credited once an order is processing or complete.

Membership Tiers

Members move through three tiers based on points earned: Bronze at 1,000 points, Silver at 15,000 points, and Gold at 100,000 points. Each tier carries an automatic discount on every order — 5% at Bronze, 10% at Silver, and 15% at Gold.

Redeeming Points

Points can be applied at checkout toward any order. Redemption value increases by tier: 1% of a dollar per point at Bronze, 1.5% at Silver, and 2% at Gold, up to a cap of 20%, 35%, or 50% of the order’s value respectively.

Badges

Reaching each tier’s point threshold also earns a one-time badge bonus — 1,000 points at Bronze, 2,000 at Silver, and 10,000 at Gold — on top of the tier discount itself.

Referrals

Members earn 1,000 points when someone they refer places their first qualifying order.

Sign-Up and Birthday Perks

New members receive a 5% coupon on their first order, plus an annual 10% coupon during their birthday month. A 500-point Membership Bonus is also reserved at sign-up and credited on a member’s first qualifying purchase.

Google Review Credit

Members who leave a verified review based on an actual purchase experience can receive a 1,000-point credit.
