Innovative Flange Separation Tool: Leveraging Equalizer’s exclusive Expanding Collet Technology, the high pressure zero gap flange spreader tool applies a precise and regulated force to effectively separate flanges, even when the access gap is minimal or non-existent. It’s also fully capable of handling flanges with larger access gaps.
Universal Compatibility: The Secure-Grip Flange Spreader series is designed to be almost universally applicable, accommodating a wide array of flange standards including ANSI, DIN, SPO, ASME, API, and BS.
Safety and Integrity: Adhering to industry “best practices,” it is recommended to employ a minimum of two tools when working on a flange. This ensures not only the safety of the operation but also the preservation of flange face integrity.
